KitchenAid Mixer Giveaway

kitchenaid mixer

THIS GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED!

New Year, New You….in the kitchen!

If one of your New Year’s resolutions is to try to cook or bake more, you’ve come to the right place…

In the past two years, I’ve invested in and upgraded my knives, blender, slow cooker, toaster oven, Tupperware, utensils.  And, I’ve never been happier.  Gone are the days of sawing through a piece of meat with a butter knife or toasting a piece of bread only to have it completely burnt on one side.

While away over winter vacation last week, I attempted to make a Lemon Buttermilk Cake  with a broken hand mixer.  It was beyond frustrating and took me twice as long to get all the lumps out of my batter before baking.

As I’ve learned from experience, one step towards a stress-free and enjoyable experience in the kitchen is investing in the proper appliances and utensils to outfit your work space.  While process can become quite expensive, I’m suggesting you do it gradually over time.  Start to investigate different brands and to understand the various features of each product you’d like to buy.  Hopefully over time you’ll become more brand loyal and purchase items that are built to last.

For instance, I’m still using the KitchenAid mixer I received on my wedding day over 15 years ago!  It’s not only survived 7 different apartment moves but has helped me bake over 50 loaves of Mom’s famous Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf!  It’s always displayed on my counter top like a trophy. Anyone who lives in a NYC apartment can vouch– counter top space is PRIME real estate in the kitchen!

Now you have the chance to make change in your kitchen and WIN your very own KitchenAid KSM75WH Classic Plus Tilt-Head 4-1/2-Quart Stand Mixer!

Besides looking sleek, it boasts the following features:

  • 275-watt 10-speed stand mixer with 4-1/2-quart stainless-steel bowl
  • Locking tilt-head design; 8-cup flour power; rugged all-metal construction; rubber feet
  • Multipurpose attachment hub accommodates all KitchenAid stand-mixer attachments
  • Includes flat beater, wire whip, and dough hook
  • Measures approximately 14 by 8-2/3 by 13-8/9 inches; 1-year warranty

So, what are you waiting for?  Enter to win NOW:

  69. Elayne Humphrey says:

Hello, I would like to win this mixer because my 12-year-old daughter and I love to bake together. She has been baking with me all her life and just last year started doing more on her own. She baked her first double layer cake (from scratch) and decorated it as a tennis ball for her daddy’s birthday. We have an old hand mixer and it really limits what she feel comfortable trying in the kitchen. I didn’t get a chance to bake with my mom because she was a single mom who had to work all the time so this is really special time for me to get to pass on my grandmother’s recipes to my daughter. Thank you.
