Avocado Toast

Serves: 1-2 servings
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 slices of toast
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- sea salt
- Cholula Sauce (or any hot sauce)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Cut the avocado in half and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the ingredients together with a fork, making sure the texture slightly chunky.
- Spread half the mash onto each piece of toast.
- Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkle with sea salt and any hot sauce.
