Quinoa made its way onto our radar two years ago and it’s been a staple for many meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Let’s face it, how many gluten free super-seeds are you eating on a weekly basis? If you've been following this blog, you've obviously figured out that we’re on a quinoa kick in my family. I’ve already spoken about some of the health benefits to this super grain. It’s starting to feel more characteristic of winter.
