Your Guide to Vinegar

A well-stocked pantry should have many different vinegar varieties. While each vinegars possess their subtle difference, they can all be characterized by a “sour” flavor that is derived directly from its acidic levels.  In turn, the high acidity also renders vinegar a powerful preservation agent for foods.
