Triple Melon Soup

Banana Ice Cream

Who  wants to spend time in the kitchen with the oven on in the heat of summer? Instead, making refreshing, easy dishes that utilize the fridge and freezer are the ideal choices to help beat the heat. Summer Broccoli Salad

Hands down, broccoli is our family veggie fave.  Every person in my family loves broccoli, however it's served. When I'm in a pinch for green side for a meal, I go to broccoli.  Usually it's served sautéed with some olive oil, sea salt and a sprinkle of fresh Parmesan cheese. But, during those hot days of summer, some cool broccoli to add crunch in a salad definitely sounds more appealing than some warm sauteed broccoli.
