Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms with Herbed Ricotta

My garden is THRIVING right now.  While it’s only an 8x6 plot of land, managing the veggies has been quite an adventure.  Without a doubt, three years into the greening of my thumb and the zucchini plant still overwhelms me.
