Today is the first day of school for my kids! It’s been a long fun summer but, even my 7-year old admitted he’s “ready for school to start.” The night-before-the-first-day-of-school dinner is always important. It's Seriously Soup day today, featuring one of my favorite bloggers, Serena, who authors a blog called Seriously Soupy. Since it started, she has given soup tours and taught soup classes and has a catalogue of over 100 soups on the site! You can join Serena on her Soupy journey at SeriouslySoupy.com and twice a month you can find her here, at … [Read more...]

For me, it's been a complete thrill to cook with new foods that taste great and are easy to make! This summer, my biggest "Aha moment" was my discovery of kale. And now, my entire family has adopted a new favorite … [Read more...]
