Watermelon Gazpacho

Calling all soup eaters, or non-soup eaters.... Have you tried gazpacho this summer?  I sure hope so.  Just recently I posted one of Seriously Soupy's seriously tasty Mango Gazpacho soup recipes.  I've made it 3 times since and have "wowed" my friends.
