Chocolate Pudding Pops

This is one of my favorite recipes on the blog and it's perfect for any hot summer day. I found this recipe for pudding pops on Chocolates and Dreams that immediately peaked my interest. I knew I would have to tweak it to make it kid-friendly (in place of coffee and rum I added in some pure vanilla).
