A Big Mouth Juicer and Chobani Yogurt Giveaway

photo courtesy of Amazon.com How many of you eat breakfast? And, that doesn’t constitute a cup of coffee.  It means having something relatively healthy.  I’ve always been a proponent of breakfast; probably because before I learned how to cook, I ate cereal 24/7! No Bake Cherry Cheesecake Pie

It's hard to stomach using the oven when the outside temperatures are reaching mid 90 degrees. That's why any recipe that contains the words "No Bake" in the title should be your go to dessert.  After much success with my No Bake Chocolate Pie, I've now come to learn that No Bake is synonymous with No Hassles and NO HEAT!  That usually means that the dessert will be served CHILLED! Chicken Tzatziki

My family loves Greek food and especially tzatziki sauce.  Just one dollop of this lemony, garlicky yogurt sauce has completely changed our chicken landscape.  And, when it’s made with freshly-picked veggies, it just tastes that much sweeter.  Ironically, while I love tzatziki sauce (so much so that I would use it as a face mask every night), I’ve never made a batch at home.  Not really sure why- probably kitchen confidence again. Ok, just one look at the massively phallic cucumber growing in my garden was the inspiration I needed to get my … [Read more...]
