We’re desperately holding on to summer even though so many kids have already started school. We’ve got one week left so that means we’ve been firing up the grill every single day. Stuffed Zucchini Boats with Meat

Our garden is so overgrown, it’s quite embarrassing. It looks as though it hasn't been maintained for months, and it has.  But, underneath the crowded jungle of green leaves, I recently discovered two massive zucchinis.
