This weekend we traveled to our hometown to celebrate Father’s Day with our extended family. While we no longer have three generations of Dads around the table, we still fervently support every Hallmark occasion that recognizes family (and food). Who doesn’t want to take a "dip" in the summer? For me, summertime means lots of cold drinks and easy, refreshing appetizers that can be served at lunch with a bag of chips or as an appetizer pre-BBQ.
