Chocolate Covered Matzoh is a family favorite. My kids truly enjoy helping make this sweet treat that lasts well past the 8 days of Passover. We tend to call this recipe Matzoh Crack because, if you're not careful, you will get addicted. As a parent raising a Jewish family away from my hometown, I find myself feeling a little unglued and very melancholic. I miss the chaos of the Seder meals from my youth-- muli-generational, multi-family, songs, tall tales, etc... Matzoh Brei (Omelette)

To be honest, Passover can get old fairly quickly.  For my kids, it's a struggle to find foods that they are "allowed" to eat on this holiday.  My daughter has compromised. I loved Passover as a child. To me, the holiday represented the most beautiful traditions of faith and family.
