Taking matters into my own hands, I figured I'd try to recreate our favorite Sesame Chicken recipe from our local Chines restaurant.  Living in NYC, it's way too easy have to have food delivered or take out and you can get quite lazy about cooking. Chicken Quinoa and Broccoli Casserole

Now that Bake it Happen has officially come to an end (I will announce results from the campaign this week), I’m back to my normal grind.   A piece of my Sunday afternoons is usually reserved for my weekly meal planning.
